No, the workouts can be done at home with basic equipment.
What equipment do I need?
You will need dumbbells, a resistance loop, a mini band, and a mat.
Some exercises may use a medicine ball, massage ball, kettlebell, bench, or box, but substitutions are available. You can use a towel, dumbbells, the floor, an ottoman, the edge of a sofa, stairs, or a sturdy bench.
Is this coaching?
No, it is a self-guided program with structured workouts and videos, not private coaching.
